A clinic before it opens. First light through one window, a treatment room set and unused, hands at work. The film explains what the practice is by showing how it behaves when nobody is watching.

The shot list was fixed before anything was generated. Continuity notes covered the light direction, the state of the room, and which surfaces stay wet — the details that break first when frames are made in isolation.
